I wanted to make sure you were aware of the great service employees you have at Kings Toyota. I brought my vehicle in for its 90,000 mile service and when I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who escorted me inside to DERIC LANG'S desk. I waited a minute or two as it was crazy, busy that day.
 
Deric took a look at the service I needed and made a recommendation that would save me money. I was glad to know I wouldn't need to spend as much as originally thought. Deric also told me because of the work and the expense involved, he would be happy to arrange a rental vehicle for the day, and escorted me to the car rental desk.
 
ED PERCY, the rental manager took all my information and then realized that my driver's license had expired. Without missing a beat, he arranged for the shuttle drived, JOYCE BENBOW, to drive me to the BMV, after stopping at an ATM to withdraw money for my drivers license. Within an hour, I had a new license.
 
When I walked back into Kings Toyota, now a legal driver, Ed had my car ready...
I FELT LIKE A ROCK STAR!
 
And, as the day progressed, Deric kept in touch with me so there no surprises at the end of the repair.
 
The bottom line is this; I won't take my car anywhere else to have it worked on. The people in your service department care about it's customers and will make things right. I could have had a really bad day, but Deric, Ed, Joyce and the rest of your crew made sure that I was satisfied and comfortable.
 
Please let your service group know how much they are appreciated. Great service is not always what you get anymore. I can say that I don't mind bringing my car into Kings Toyota because I know that I will be taken care of. I'm 90,000 miles into my Toyota and I've never had a major issue. I credit that to the service department employees that keep my car running and in good condition.

I have been a KINGS TOYOTA customer for many years and can only say I never take my vehicle anywhere else - anymore, that is. After taking my vehicle to an un-named service center, I discovered the items they sold me were faulty and the company would not stand behind their product. TONY FIORITO, ASM, and WAYNE MISCH, certified technician, took the time to write out in detail what the problem was and how it should be presented (to the other service center) and with their help, I was able to get the full refund I was due. THANK YOU! Again, I WILL NEVER LET ANYONE EXCEPT TONY AND WAYNE AT KINGS TOYOTA HANDLE ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY VEHICLE. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.....
