LETTERS FROM SATISFIED CUSTOMERS...

Recently I purchased a 2012 Camry LE from Kings Toyota. The experience I had was unbelievable. I say that as a 65 year old, who has bought more cars than he can remember. My father was a dealer in Muncie, IND. for 30 years and I sold cars for him. Needless to say, I've been around the business for a long time.

This is my 6th. Toyota (the last 5 from you). The unique experience comes from dealing with DARRELL GISSELL, your sales representative. I met him a year ago when I started just looking around while my car (2004 Camry) was being serviced. He impressed me so much that when I started looking seriously, I immediately thought of him.

The rest is history. But the really important part is how he and your dealership handled the whole process. Everything from information, to test drive, and purchasing was above anything I had ever experienced. (Mind you that's a long time and many cars.) From everything I can tell, your dealership is very unique and special. I don't know if any of your sales representatives are like Darrell, but if  you could make a mold and have 10 more just like him, you'd be even more successful. Even the delivery and Heidie in accessories was special. I added tinting Strikeforce, and remote start with the savins I made in the deal.

I'm not sure if I've ever walked away from a car deal and felt like I really won everything. Whatever your doing, don't stop. Because in about three or four years my Sienna will be ready to trade and I WILL BE BACK! Yes, Toyota is a great car and company, but it is dealers like you and sales representatives like Darrell that make it an even better experience.

"TOM RYAN  was my salesman.  He knew what I was looking for in a new leased vehicle and was ready for me when I came in.  We had our driving demonstration, explanation of the vehicles operation and paperwork with Tom very smoothly in a relaxed pleasant atmosphere.  I then finished the paperwork with the accounting department and drove off with the tags on and everything. I was there for approximately 4 ½ hours overall, but that's what I went there for and it was good because there were no return trips which was good for me as I live a distance from the Kings' lot."

DEAR HEIDIE,
Thank you for the FULL STRIKE FORCE PACKAGE on my new Toyota Prius V. I was VERY EXCITED to win this at the new owner's event on June 19th. I was also excited because I usually work in the evenings, and I didn't think I'd ever have the night off to be able to attend one of these events.

The Prius is my first Toyota and I have never been so pleased with a dealer before. KINGS TOYOTA really goes the extra miled for the personal touch. CHRISTINA RICHMOND, my sales person, went above and beyond the call of duty to help familiarize myself with my new car. The free car washes and oil changes are a luxury I've never had with any other dealer. And the NEW OWNER'S EVENT is a great way to educate a lot of new owners on important safety issues and features.

To whom it may concern;
Yesterday my wife and I purchased a vehicle from you. I wanted to let all know that this was 'the best' overall  experience we have ever had or experienced over the course of 35 years of purchasing vehicles. We walked away going; WOW! What just happened here? We started out the day dreading the long/stressful and potential bad experiences when buying a vehicle. Ended with a short day relieved, excited, thankful, and fulfilled from completing this task so easily! Incredible salesmanship, professionalism, and genuine care/concern from every staff member! My first contact was DWAYNE STALLWORTH, it was his first day as an employee at Kings Toyota and he was awesome. Then I had the pleasure of working with GARY SMITH and DAN PRECHT in finance, and a few others.
 
The day I cam to pick up my vehicle, it was amazing all the service that I received and how everything was taken care  of and I was able to drive away in my new car and I felt amazing.
