Yesterday my wife and I purchased a vehicle from you. I wanted to let all know that this was ‘the best’ overall experience we have ever had or experienced over the course of 35 years of purchasing vehicles. We walked away going; WOW! What just happened here? We started out the day dreading the long/stressful and potential bad experiences when buying a vehicle. Ended with a short day relieved, excited, thankful, and fulfilled from completing this task so easily! Incredible salesmanship, professionalism, and genuine care/concern from every staff member! I would like to say that I truly feel that Kings Toyota is committed to customer service and satisfaction.
My first contact was DWAYNE STALLWORTH, it was his first day as an employee at Kings Toyota and he was awesome. Then I had the pleasure of working with GARY SMITH and DAN PRECHT in finance, and a few others.
The day I cam to pick up my vehicle, it was amazing all the service that I received and how everything was taken care of and I was able to drive away in my new car and I felt amazing.
Afterwards Dwayne has continued to ensure that everything is fine with the vehicle and ensure that my scheduled maintenance was handled, and has been.

I am driving the Corolla everyday and packing on the miles from IN. to OH. to work. First tank of gas I got about 375 miles. Couple times while on I-74 I looked down an was driving 80mph.! and didn't realize it. Maybe it might be helpful If Toyota came out with factory color of camouflage so the police would not see me.
On a serious note I am glad I got the Corolla and you, MIKE CLUXTON, being my salesman made the purchase and buying experience much easier. Many people I know go on Sundays to look at cars when lots are closed to avoid "Lot Lizards" salesman that follow you around and drill you with questions to see if how serious you are about buying and judge you to see if you can afford a vehicle or just wasting their time.
Your casual and honest approach with customers is much better taken. If somebody wants to buy a car they will buy it somehow.
With my father being self employed he taught us that when you are in business for yourself your best advertisement is a good customer. Customers share their buying experience with more people than realized.
I agree with you on owning and believing in what you are selling. Toyota has a very good record for vehicles that last. In the future I certainly would consider coming back to Kings Toyota to Trade/Buy another car even thought I live in Indiana. After all it was reputation that brought me to Kings when there are several closer Toyota Dealerships to my house.

I was most impressed with the knowledge and explanations of the salesman, STEVE HRONEK; no other dealerhip I visited was anywhere near like him. Steve explained the car from one end to the other before I drove it, instead of while I drove it, so that I could put all my attention on the test drive. I honesly don't know how it could be better!

Dealership has large inventory, experienced (& courteous) staff. Service department offers convenient services such as email scheduling, free car washes, and lifetime oil changes. This dealer is the farthest Toyota dealer from my home, but I am willing to drive it 40+ minutes just to take advantage of these services.
